• Please call our office ahead of time to verify your insurance benefits at 647-748-2917.
• Prepare to talk about your medical history, previous treatments, current medications, and other relevant details.
• Make a list of any symptoms or signals the therapist should be aware of. What has recently irritated or wounded you? How long have you been working on this problem? What are you unable to perform as a result of it?
