Zarana is a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist with over eight years of combined clinical and rehabilitation experience. She has extensive expertise in orthopedics, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and chronic pain care.
She takes a patient-centred, whole-person approach to treatment, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of dysfunction. By combining hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education, Zarana empowers her patients to take an active role in their recovery and achieve lasting results.
Committed to ongoing professional development, she has completed specialized training in Pediatric Pelvic Health Assessment and Treatment, Pelvic Health Levels 1–3 through Pelvic Health Solutions, and Concussion Management Levels 1 and 2 through Shift Concussion. Her additional certifications and training include vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction management, acupuncture, dry needling, and exercise-based rehabilitation, allowing her to deliver highly individualized and evidence-informed care.
Zarana has a particular passion for pelvic health across all stages of life, supporting women, men, and children with a wide range of pelvic health concerns. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel conditions, prenatal and postpartum care, and pediatric pelvic health issues. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment where patients of all ages feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
Having worked in hospital, private clinic, and community settings, Zarana values a collaborative approach to healthcare and works closely with other professionals to optimize patient outcomes. She is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love with confidence and long-term success.
